This is How the App Works:
After you sign In
-Tap the blue floating button to fill out the job applied form sheet
- Tap the green check button on the right top to add it
In the Applications Section:
Depending on the status of your application with the Employer you will tap one of the buttons
- "Yellow hourglass button" for Inprogress
- "Green sparkles button" for Offer
- "Red Hands thumbs-down" for Rejection
For example: If you hear back from a recruiter to schedule an initial phone interview after submitting your application, tap the " Yellow hourglass button" to put your application status to Inprogress. Through this process, only two things can happen: either you get an offer or rejection.
Offer : Tap the "Green sparkles button" to change the application status to Offer
Rejected: tap the "Red Hands thumbs-down" to change the application status to Rejection
